JPSA / FAQ

The questions we get.

Clear answers. If yours is not here, call: it is shorter than a form.

Do you really respond 24/7?

Yes. The emergency call goes to Jean-Pascal St-Arnaud, at 819 452-0945. A line down does not wait for Monday morning.

Do we need an annual contract to call you?

No. A shutdown, a breakdown, a crew need: we start from the mandate. If a more regular frame becomes useful, we talk about it after.

How is a planned shutdown prepared?

We listen to the window, the equipment, the site constraints. Then we size the crew, the sequence and the restart. The shutdown is won before the first tool.

Do you supply parts?

Depends on the mandate. Some parts come from your stores, others are ordered. We clarify it before we open, so the window is not lost.

What is the difference between maintenance and continuous improvement?

Maintenance keeps the equipment in condition. Continuous improvement goes after the breakdowns that return and the methods that wear too early. The two talk to each other.

How does staff rental work?

You describe the shift, the shutdown or the overload. We deploy industrial mechanics aligned to the work, with a single JPSA contact.

Where do you work?

On your industrial sites, in Canada and internationally. Logistics are discussed case by case, based on urgency and access.
