JPSA (“we”) takes the protection of personal information seriously. This policy describes the information we collect through this site, the purposes for which it is used, and your rights under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information collected
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you send us: name, company, phone, email, service requested and message. Direct calls and emails are handled the same way.
This site does not use advertising cookies or profiling tools. The hosting server may log usual technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and diagnostics.
Purposes
The information is used only to:
- respond to your request and follow a mandate;
- reach you about an intervention, a shutdown or an emergency;
- meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Retention
Information tied to a commercial request is kept for as long as needed to handle the mandate and meet applicable legal obligations, then securely destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions provided by law. Send your request to the officer named above. We will respond within the timelines set by Law 25.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission is infallible.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
